With over +20 years of combined real estate experience, LGB Construction Services purchases industrial properties nationwide. There aren’t many areas we steer clear of. With a proven track record of success in the industrial real estate space, our goal is to acquire and stabilize larger real estate assets.
From warehouses to flex space to industrial properties that need a massive renovation, we will consider it all. LGB Construction Services is searching for more value-add real estate opportunities where we can help the community grow, not detract from it.

Assets We Look For
Investing in warehouse buildings is very different than what it used to be over two decades ago. The businesses that used to inhabit these structures have changed drastically. Technology, data, and hardware companies have increased, while your traditional mom-and-pop businesses have gone in the opposite direction.
Here at LGB Construction Services, our goal is to foster an environment where these local, small businesses can thrive. We oftentimes purchase and renovate larger industrial buildings, and then set them up for a local business to come in and provide products/services for the community. That’s where it all starts, is the people.
Flex space has enabled us to provide smaller, more unique spaces to local businesses who don’t need a massive space themselves. Businesses are getting more and more efficient. They don’t need a ton of room to work as they used to. Teams are small, and lifestyles are becoming more minimalistic.
Warehouse buildings offer another avenue for small businesses to do what they have to do. It can take a lot of work to bring an older warehouse building up to speed. Roof renovations often crush the potential to do anything. We’ve taken on larger and smaller projects of the like. Industrial real estate is our primary focus.

LGB Construction Services is a fundamentals-driven investment firm focused on identifying high-growth markets and undercapitalized opportunities throughout the US. Our core investment objective is to identify assets that makes sense to hold for a 10-20 year time horizon at minimum, that also benefit and support the community where it is located.
We prioritize delivering strong risk-adjusted returns over chasing absolute gains. Central to our approach is the mitigation of downside risk, our philosophy emphasizes capital preservation even if it means sacrificing some upside potential. By focusing on sound underwriting and disciplined execution, we aim to provide consistent, reliable returns for our investors across market cycles.
